Winemaking and ageing   
The grapes are hand picked and whole bunch pressed. After static racking, the fermentation is temperature-controlled.
Wine description
Lively and delicate, fresh and supple.  It expresses aromas of citrus fruit and white flowers with a hint of peach.

Salads, cold cuts, sausages, egg, sushi, Chinese fondue, a variety of tapas, liver, stuffed zucchini, pork, quiches, soufflés, asparagus, poultry, pork and veal roasts, tarte flambées, cured pork shoulder, Baeckaoffa, seafood, fishes in sauce, cheeses.
