Winemaking and ageing
Harvested manually and removed from their clusters, the grapes are then macerated for approximately 8 days. Fermentation takes place during maceration, the pressing is done afterwards.
Wine description
Aromas of red berries. Strong yet balanced on the palate.  Flavour of red current with a hint of spice.  A harmonious wine.

Poultry roasts, red meats, deer, pizza, grilled meats, fried calamari, grilled sardines, mackerel, fried fish, cold cuts, sausages, duck, liver, Pot-au-feu with 3 types of meat (lamb, beef, chicken),couscous, cheeses....
