The grapes are hand picked and whole bunch pressed. After static racking, the fermentation is temperature-controlled. Aging on wine lees for 3 months.

Fruity, discreet, pleasant and refreshing.

Salads, cold cuts, sausages, egg, seafood, sushi, sashimi, quiches, soufflés, stuffed tomatoes or stuffed zucchini, escargot, onion pie, tarte flambées, cured pork shoulder, sauerkraut, a variety of tapas and cheeses.
